Shipping Policy

At Life in Simple Steps, we believe in providing our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience, which includes fast and free shipping worldwide. We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the total order value or shipping destination.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them, Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your shipment.

If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

ReturnsPolicy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please initiate the return within 10 days of receiving your item to ensure smooth processing. After 10 days, returns will not be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at lifeinsimplesteps@gmail.com with your Order Number, a screenshot of your purchase confirmation email, and clear pictures or videos of the product.

Note: Do not dispose of the product until your refund is complete. Discarded items will not be refunded.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for custom products, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
EU Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason. Items must meet our standard return conditions.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at lifeinsimplesteps@gmail.com.
